Twenty-three-year-old Holly Blanchard was crowned Miss New Hampshire 2015 at the Stockbridge Theater in Derry on May 2. Blanchard, a graduate of the University of Connecticut, had been competing in the Miss America system since she began in the Miss New Hampshire’s Outstanding Teen program ten years ago.
